Al-Anon Family Groups are still active and ready to help families and friends of alcoholics. Local  members have moved most of our face-to-face meetings ONLINE while we are sheltering in place due to COVID-19. "Redwood City Study Group" members have moved their meeting, which met at the Sequoia Christian Church, 233 Topaz St., Redwood City, to Zoom. To request the Zoom meeting ID and password, contact leave a message on our Information Line, 650.592.7935, or send us an email at

Many who come to Al-Anon are in despair, hopeless, unable to believe that things can ever change. We want our lives to be different, but nothing we have done has brought about change. We all come to Al-Anon because we want and need help. We come together to learn a better way of life, to find happiness whether the alcoholic is still drinking or not.
