Al-Anon Family Groups are still active and ready to help families and friends of alcoholics. Local members have moved most of our face-to-face meetings ONLINE while we are sheltering in place due to COVID-19. "New Point of View" meeting members met at the Sequoia Health District building, 525 Veterans Blvd., Redwood City. The meeting's Zoom info is at the bottom of this announcement.
Many who come to Al-Anon are in despair, hopeless, unable to believe that things can ever change. We want our lives to be different, but nothing we have done has brought about change. We all come to Al-Anon because we want and need help. We come together to learn a better way of life, to find happiness whether the alcoholic is still drinking or not.
