Metamorphosis by the Zoetic Tapestry Project

METAMORPHOSIS is the latest art show by the Zoetic Tapestry Project, which officially opens on Saturday, Sept. 11 from 12-3 pm. This new exhibit brings artists and the community together to raise awareness of the vulnerability of the monarch butterfly, whose numbers have seriously declined over the past year. The exhibit features local artists and will change and evolve as the months go — much like the metamorphosis of the butterfly itself. Here, Head Docent Robina Ramm stands with a painting of monarch butterflies featuring a living sample of the milkweed the young caterpillars rely on for food.
