State to withhold additional 10% - Vote No on Measure U
Do you know that tonight that the Governor of state of California announced they are withholding about 10% more of your state withholding taxation from your checks. Even if you get a future refund no interest will be paid on that extra withholding though you may see that 10% back after filing with the Franchise Tax Board in the next few years?
Since we cannot protest this states withholding, Vote No on Measure U - the San Carlos Sales Tax increase!
Let the legislature raise taxes - that is their responsibility, not the governors!
