Lightbulb A Strategy for Success

Do you do what you do to help believe in what you are? OR Do you do what you do because you believe what you are?

When it comes to beliefs your beliefs are like a table top without legs. Tabletops become stronger when you add legs to them.
Add one leg (a reference point or the meaning of the events of your life) and your table will ONLY support ONE thing perfectly balanced on that table.
Add two legs to the table the the size of your one thing can be bigger and still balance on that table.
Add another leg and the "thing" on your table will remain balanced as long as it does shift around too much and get out of balance.
Add a 4th leg and that table top can now support many things, in fact you could even stand on it. Keeping adding legs (reference points, the meanings) and your table just keep getting stronger and stronger.

Whats my point? YOU selected the beliefs you hold about your own level of health and for that matter fitness. Your limits are your creation. YOU determined what your beliefs are, and you are also bringing the meaning of the events of your life that will serve your beliefs best.

Will life allow room for only one thing in it? Is that the life you'd like?
Will life teach you that more is better?
Will life HAVE TO WORK a certain way and follow a certain set of rules otherwise everything tips over and falls apart?
Is there a better way?

This morning in training, I said it's time to stop saying "I can't" and start saying "I can." Say I CAN first, and then get started on figuring out how. Here's the good news I can offer you, WHEN you believe in your CANs wholeheartedly and take action with passion your how's WILL present themselves. You will find a way to do that which you are committed to! You see its not about gathering all the resources, its about gathering all YOUR RESOURCEFULNESS!

Winner's believe in their worth in advance of their performance.
What are you believing about yourself right now? Am I in it to win it? What would the winner of this be doing right this moment? How can I be the best I can be in this hour? What would the best week of training be like mentally?

The mind is like a tunnel; garbage in garbage out. What am I putting into my mind today?
