In the interest of free speech and open discussion of all topics, as well as in the interest of an organized space, I propose a separate "forum" section designated as "Stogner's Korner."

This way Mr. Stogner can present his views without (unintentionally) cluttering up the "Local News" section. Those who wish to visit with Mr. Stogner can still do so unfettered.

Jerry? What do you think?

Dear Sub,

Sounds great to me... That way just honest factual information which could be disturbing to a small group of Highly Placed Public Servants downtown can be posted.

Which is what this Community Forum was proposed to be.

Local News? This information is hardly covered in the print copy of the local news. And, there are only about 50 people who even know about this site.

With 1300 views on the Equal Justice post, It is most likely being monitored by people put to task by these Public servants whose jobs are on the line!

If you want to get some real interest going in what is going on with San Mateo County Gvernement start a chat group.

Here's a link:

http://groups.icq.com/groups/

You can also do this using AOL, MSN, or Yahoo! Messengers

At first thought, the establishment of a "Michael Stogner" separate forum area makes me violently ill. But then (after cleaning myself up) I could see some possibilities.

You would need a name for the forum. Such as:

"I hate James Fox Forum and Commentary"

"Heresay, Innuedo, Character Assasination and Other Facts Forum"

"The Nuthouse"

"Conspiracy du jour Forum"

"Free Edith Delgado Forum"

So many possibilities. And perhaps if we keep Mr. Stogner in one area he will not infect the other parts of the forum that actually carry useful information.

But, no, he will only flourish if he is given the chance. To spread more of the bird-brained and lame scribblings of a paranoid.

The only real use I can see for Stogner is as a passenger in a car driven by Eddie Rapoza.

Dear Roscoe, Thank you for your support: A couple of mistatements as usual for you as you are very aware.

1) I do not hate James P. Fox our District Attorney as I have stated several times. I don't even know the gentleman.

"Free Edith Delgado Forum"
2) I never wanted Edith Delgado freed. I wanted her bail to be reasonable, the same as the three Appellate Judges wanted.

3) The only real use I can see for Stogner is as a passenger in a car driven by Eddie Rapoza.

After observing the entire Eddie Rapoza III Triple Murder case I feel fortunate I was not convicted of driving that van off the Unprotected Roadway myself.

Welcome to San Mateo County

Thank you, Thomas Paine.

I have, in lieu of creating an entire forum for one individual, set up sub categories for Local discussions: Local News (for general issues), Local - Development & Planning, Local - Crime & Courts, and Local - Education.

We are all entitled to our opinions and hopefully we all can agree to disagree. I have been a non registered member of this Forum Board prior to its present format, until now. I have enjoyed reading the different threads and viewpoints of most of the posters. I don't necessarily agree with what everyone states, but everyone is entitled to their own personal opinion. Opposition makes for good debate.

I have not agreed 100% with Michael Stogner on numerous occasions, but in my esteemed opinion he is an asset to this Forum Board. He is expressing his opinion that he has a given right to do as is anyone else who posts on the Forum Board. I commend Mr. Stogner for using his real name. He has had the courage to stick his neck out on some issues. I personally do not know Mr. Stogner, nor have I ever met him, so I have no personal opinion of him other than his views he has posted on this and other Forums.

I would assume that postings placed on this board should not be threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, or profane. I would think we are all respectful adults and act grownup and considerate of others. I have noticed that one member in particular who posts on this Forum has posted in a threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, or profane manner. Below are some examples of what I have read on these boards posted by this one particular person:
1. You complete Moron.
2. spread more of the bird-brained and lame scribblings of a paranoid.
3. Hopelessly deluded idiot
4. this bastard child needs to stay in the slammer
5. Let the courts decide moron
6. you definitely have no brain
7. You pitiful deluded idiot
8. If that was my family in that car wreck I would put up the bail. And deal with her on different terms
9. this idiot is back
10. This points out what a complete idiot stogner is
11. etc. etc.

This particular Poster has made some very intelligent and great posts but seems to lack common courtesy,
It is apparent this poster has road rage on the Forum Board. I applaud Mr. Stogner for not retaliating. I could elaborate further, but I believe I have made my point. I am not a vindictive person and wish no one any evil. I am somewhat surprised that the Administrator of this board has not expressed my opinion earlier. Happy Posting

Jerry Arrow,

So what? Who cares? If you are so easily offended by these posts, that do not contain any profanity and are not directed at you, then don't read the posts by this person or any other person whose posts you don't like. This way you can censor yourself.

You forgot "feather-brain".

Actually you may be right. Arnold would call me a hot blooded Sicilian. Passion. It's in me.

And a little drama.
