Real Estate classes: Summer & Fall now OPEN

Summer classes begin in June, Fall classes in August. Credits towards state real estate license and state universities but you do not have to have any such plans to join us in this very nice, friendly setting and learn something about the exciting field of real estate (and what's happening in it today). All welcome, low cost (with a helpful fee waiver and financial assistance program if needed), sign up today -- join us -- and give it the "good old college try!" Hi again!
We just wanted to add a perosnal note to all those who have been away from school awhile (or maybe do not have wonderful memories of it). We welcome you to CSM! We get many, many thanks (and compliments) from people who were afraid to take a real college class on a real college campus.... that they discovered they could do it successfully... and that (after a few weeks, anyway) they felt comfortable at CSM. We are your local community college, all are welcome here...please if you are interested in learning something useful about Real Estate (or anything else), please sign up for RE100 Princples (or whatever) and give yourself the opportunity that is waitng right here for you. Summer term only takes about 8 weeks, too, and you'll have done it! (You have to make a real commitment to participate at all the class meetings, plus do a modest amount of assigned readings. Nothing you can't handle!) Do come join us, it promises to be a very nice summer at CSM. Thank you. Just wanted to reach out and especially invite you... Almost all our students decide to go on and take more courses, they like it here... because they are welcome here and because they see they can succeed at CSM...... (Ok, Over and Out.)

Hi! We already have a complete class for Fall (August/December) Real Estate Principles, Tuesday evenings. We can still take a few more people (as of this posting on July 27th). We also have a day class. Now is a great time to learn something about Real Estate.
