If the THC level was of the 60's and 70's, then I might agree. Today, it is much too strong with California's Agriculture Extention Program teaching how to get more for the "bucks!"

I mean hemp, not marijuana. THC content is irrelevant. Hemp is not for smoking, it's for its many uses such as clothing, oil, etc.
The smoking variety, indica and sativa is just fine with the HIGH THC content. ;-)
