A recent miscommunication between the county elections manager and the Daily Journal resulted in an editorial based on a flawed premise that neither Redwood City's Measure V or Measure W needed a majority to win and that whichever won the most votes would win. That was not the case and we had to revisit the topic the following week (this week).
