What's the story with the new roof project for the St. Matthews Station downtown Post office? A big crew of Latinos removed all the old roof tiles over a week ago and then covered the exposed roof with plastic sheeting. But now the winds have torn all that plastic sheeting to shreds and the Post Office's now-exposed roof is just waiting for a good rain to leak into the Post Office below and soak our mails!
