Plead not guilt to all four counts.
Clark Yee, 29 was charged with possession of stolen property, commercial burglary, and my favorite......
TWO COUNTS OF FILING A FALSE POLICE REPORT.
October 23, 2007 set of golf clubs stolen from car parked in a driveway, of a house in Atherton. A short time later the clubs were traded in at (Golf Mart) for store credits by Atherton Police Officer Clark Yee.
He was arrested April 14, 2008,
James P. Fox and Steve Wagstaffe consider this a NON STORY like Operation Dollhouse.

Atherton Police Officer Clark Lee,
was the officer who took the criminal complaint from the victim, He was the officer in charge of investigating to theft of the golf clubs that he personally took to Golf Mart.
If that doesn't make you feel safe in Atherton,
Don't forget it wasn't that long ago that Police Chief Bob Brennan accessed the criminal computer system to do a little personal background check on Mr. John Johns the finance director who made the mistake of suggesting an audit of the Atherton Police Department. He found an expired California drivers license, and just happened to be at the vehicle when John Johns started it.......A ticket was issued.

x Atherton Police Officer Clark Yee was offered a very nice deal by the District Attorneys Office.
50 days in the Sheriff's work program and pay some money.
This was for 4 felonies by a Police Officer.
No trial.
And why was there little to no coverage of this ?
These were felonies, and this guy KNEW it, he was in law enforcement for years.
I don't understand Californians, this shit would NOT fly back home.

The DA in SMC doesn't sentence bargian. The judge sets the sentence, not the DA. You should know that by now.
