A little white lie......No big deal right.

Prosecutor Al Giannini told jurors Quincy Dean Norton, Sr., was upset his wife filed for divorce.

There is only one little problem here. Tamika Norton did NOT file for divorce.

This false representation is nothing new for San Mateo County Employee Al Giannini. In the Triple Murder case of Eddie Rapoza III Al described for the jury a broken Sobe Soda Softdrink Bottle. Ramos and Farmer created it (in written reports and later testified about it) on 10/09/02 9:00 PM

There was no Sobe bottle, broken or not broken...no bottle period.

No wonder Al Giannini conviction rate is so high.

Welcome to San Mateo County

I personally know Mr. Giannini, and he is one of the most professional people you will ever meet. You and your law enforcement hating have gone too far here. I suppose you're in on every meeting with officers, every victim interview, every behind the scenes in court sidebar, every sting, every operation, to back up, with facts, your false, baseless accusations. Why don't you try singling out the reporteres for issueing you bad facts, the judges for issuing bad rulings, or everything else in the system that you try to blame law enforcement for. Pathetic.

By the way, you look cute in court with your little suit. Get it at the Mens Wherehouse? Shows.

Im watching.
