A little white lie......No big deal right.
Prosecutor Al Giannini told jurors Quincy Dean Norton, Sr., was upset his wife filed for divorce.
There is only one little problem here. Tamika Norton did NOT file for divorce.
This false representation is nothing new for San Mateo County Employee Al Giannini. In the Triple Murder case of Eddie Rapoza III Al described for the jury a broken Sobe Soda Softdrink Bottle. Ramos and Farmer created it (in written reports and later testified about it) on 10/09/02 9:00 PM
There was no Sobe bottle, broken or not broken...no bottle period.
No wonder Al Giannini conviction rate is so high.
Welcome to San Mateo County
