Robert Cissna, 79 year-old Belmont resident was convicted
March 7, 2008 in San Diego County Superior Court on one count of continuous sexual abuse of his grand-daughter.
His sentence could be up to 16 years in prison.
"You don't want to think that this ever happens in a law enforcement family."
This is another example of San Mateo County Law Enforcement protecting themselves instead of the children.
Best of luck to this child she is a HERO.
