Stogner I salute you. you are truly an AMERICAN HERO. You being only one man, have stood up to the corrupt San Mateo County System.

munks has the capability of molesting young girls outside his jurisdiction without repercussion. This fact combined with Wagstaff being his close friend along with Hill's friendship, makes munks untouchable in San Mateo County. In other words he could murder his enemies and get away with it--if he hasn't already--. This may seem radical reasoning but recent American History supports such a view . During Jim Crow era politics many minorities were murdered by sheriffs. These sheriffs never were prosecuted, because the D.A gave them immunity within the county. This is similar to San Mateo Police officers shooting innocent people in the back, and getting a paid vacation.

Now, I'm not asserting that munks, wagstaff, and hill are racist, but certainly no one can deny that they participate in cronyism and take care of one another at all costs.



Michael take care, and be careful. munks is capable of anything. His track record has shown this to be the case

No - He's a busybody who spends his times on blogs like these professing about things he knows nothing about, ranting and raving like a lunatic. Go ahead and worship him if you like - you're about as nuts as he is.

Sorry you didn't get that here Stogner is pointing out that we are employing and paying sexual preditors to puruse the internet and enjoy porn on our tax dollars. He is trying to get public to understand that these employees could pose a threat to children or the public in general. He also points out that these cases get little press. Can't argue with that.
