This story was not covered or reported in the San Mateo Daily Journal.

According to the Wagstaffe Report 11 bullets were fired.
We know the victim was shot by SMPD once in the butt, so that leaves 10 bullets. After forensic analysis of Rameriz weapon to see if any bullets were fired so far there is no answer.
How many bullets were fired from his gun?
If any, were they recovered?
How many of the 10 bullets were fired by the San Mateo Police Department.
How many bullets struck Rameriz,
The first news reports said that he (Rameriz shot the victim( and that is why the San Mateo Police shot him. It turns out that did not happen.

Does it matter you were notprovided forensic anaylsis confirming he fired the weapon. Even if he didn't, the moment he said goodbye to his wife, turned and drew his weapon at an officer 8 feet away, he was going to get shot. He knew what he was going to do and made a choice...a choice to refuse to stop and pullover, refuse to get out of his car and have peaceful contact with the police officers once he did stop, refuse to put down the gun he chose to remove from his waistband and refused ti prevent his own demise when HE drew down on an officer.
Your hatred for the police and our legal system is ignorant and disgusting.

While I do not profess to be an expert on Stogner's alleged hatred of law enforcement, I do know that he has a strong point about chief deputy DA Steve Wagstaffe, who is the gatekeeper to all information about criminal cases. Reporters have been so blinded by Wagstaffe's charm that they have gotten lazy, only relying on the information that comes out in his daily media notes. Wagstaffe only releases info that he wants out there and is way too selective. Reporters need to start checking court records daily themselves. I do know that the Cardell Brown case is not the first case that Wagstaffe has oh so conveniently hidden from reporters.

Lil nice try, Don't you work for the District Attorney's Office?
As many SMC Sheriff Deputies and other Police officers and Judges know I am a supporter of Police and our legal system.
I do not like false statements being made by public employees.
Now you are suggesting that even if Rameriz didn't fire one bullet the shoot was justified. I am not talking about the shoot being justified. I don't have a problem with a man being shot who brought a gun into a public building. I do have a problem with the Police telling the public we shot him because he shot a bystander, when they knew that was not true. So now the story has changed to he fired at the officer 8 feet away....I am also fine the he was shot/killed if that is the truth, and the forensic analysis will verify that his weapon was fired and the amount of bullets fired surely were recovered....
(small enclosed area big wooden doors or big building across the way)
So if that is the truth you have nothing to worry about.....
The Question is were any bullets fired from Rameriz's gun?
Oh course Steve Wagstaffe has that information, he made his findings that Rameriz fired.
Why didn't James P. Fox sign off on this?

He did fire the weapon - more than one source has that information. If you have so many connections in the legal community, get it from one of your buddies.
It doesn't matter if he shot or not. The only flase statements to the public are your continued conspiracy theory laden comments on forums like these. Have you ever searched for answers to your statements and posted when you have been corrected or proven wrong?
And no, I do not work for the DA...nice try.
PS...Shouldn't you be busy recalling Sheriff Munks???

Lil, Sorry about the DA comment,
One source: San Mateo Police initially reported that Moran had been shot by Adam Nicholas Ramirez, that was false wasn't it. Now I know it doesn't matter to you, if he shot or not. And for some reason it doesn't seem to matter to you if the Police of District Attorney tell the truth or not. It does matter to me. Thats why I hope the forensic analysis will prove Steve Wagstaffe is right when he states Rameriz FIRED his weapon.
I am busy re: Recall efforts of Sheriff Greg Munks thanks for asking.

What makes Chief Deputy District Attorney's secretive behavior in the Cardell Brown case so suspect is that we San Mateo County have the Dr. William Ayres case in our courts now. He was reported to James P. Fox and DDA Marta Diaz back in 1987.....Greg Hogue did the right thing and reported the abuse....Our DA did not do the right thing, and Marta Diaz knew about this and she sent boys to Dr. William Ayres after 1987.
The arrest of Cardell Brown was hiden from the public, The DA threw-out almost all the charges so Mr. Brown would go quietly. He was employeed by San Mateo County and sexually molested 5 boys recently and Wagstaffe is keeping it a secret....WHY? Who is Wgsatffe protecting?
it's not Mr.Brown.

"Our DA did not do the right thing."
Prove it.
"DA threw-out almost all the charges so Mr. Brown would go quietly."

"Wagstaffe is keeping it a secret."
Prove it.
What "evidence" do you have, Mikey, other than speculation and conjecture? I submit to you, my fellow citizens - nothing. Just the babbling of a crazy old man.

Inyour,
Here is an example for you. Steve Wagstaffe felt so strongly about Victor Willis not showing up for drug court that he personally contacted America's Most Wanted, and somehow convinced them that a failure to appear at drug court in San Mateo County was worthy of a televison show.
Now compare that with a San Mateo County Probation Supervisor molesting the boys he is charged with protecting......Steve Wagstaffe did not call America's Most Wanted and he did not tell ONE reporter in San Mateo County.

How do you know? Last time I checked, only the police officer was involved in that episode. Were you there for the phone call? Or are you speculating as usual?
