Hon Judge Stephen Hall declared...mistrial....
Connie O'Brien represents the defendant.

Al Giannini thought the judge was just kidding about....The prohibition of information about Monie criminal history...I'm sure he has gotten away with that trick before.......This is going to effect his conviction rate.
Is this the kind of case we San Mateo County want to invest in.
From what I have read Al Giannini knows he is not charging the man who actually caused the murder.....his witness....that would hurt his case.
