Dear Voice:

Stogner is apparently trying - and succeeding - to pointout that our County is lax when it comes to screening personnel and that we have some child preditors in positions that could put children or the public in general in jeopraduy. He also points out that little or nothing is being done about it and that the public has done little to demand it, probably because there is little or no press on these issues.
