...how much yesterday's widely-published photo of Michael Chertoff resembed a Byzantine-style painting of a haloed saint?

I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but if I were a truly paranoid person, then I'd automatically assume that this was a blatant attempt by the Powers that Be to implant a subconscious, unquestioning trust in Homeland Security in our populace.
