Michael David Niece Case

Michael David Niece, 65, pleaded not guilty Tuesday October 16, 2007 in San Mateo County Superior County to one count of solicitation of an act of prostitution.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge through his attorney, William Johnston. Niece was cited and released from custody on Aug. 14. 2007
He is due to appear in court on Nov. 28 for a pretrial conference and a jury trial is set for Feb. 19.

Today October 17, 2007 is the first day this has been in the news.
