College of San Mateo, our local not-for-profit (public) community college open to everybody, has moved its Fall term up to starting in August. This means that NOW is the time to start looking into any courses you may want to take this Fall. CSM has business, real estate, computers, English, history, political science, math, science, and many more good choices. But, waiting until classes are already starting is a prescription for disappointment as many of the most popular offerings fill up during the normal enrollment period (sometimes weeks ahead of the start of the term). HI! Just to update .... College of San Mateo SPRING 2008 classes are now filling up at the college website, www.collegeofsanmateo.edu. While most classes don't begin until the latter part of January 2008, SIGNUPS are right NOW. Please check out the Spring Schedule of Courses and sign up for any you want now, before (maybe) the one you really want the most gets filled up. Real Estate, Business, Computers, English, History, Science... lots and lots more! Low fees (with some fee waivers based on need), very convenient location with plenty of parking, day and evening classes, etc.
But whatever, do check into this right away...it is always so difficult trying to help people who drift onto campus after classes start and (some) are already filled up. Thanks...

Our CSM classes begin the week of August 18, 2008 (NOT IN SEPTEMBER!!) so NOW is the time to sign up at www.collegeofsanmateo.edu and JOIN US on this beautiful campus (you'll like it) ... Take a look at all our varied courses on offer and hopefully you will include Real Estate in your selection....
If this is your first RE class you should select Real Estate Principles 100 as that is where you will acquire much of the imprortant understanding you need to go on to many of our advanced offerings (yes we have a complete RE program here at CSM -- one of the most well estabished programs in the state, in fact... fully accredited with experienced professors and easy access, lots of easy parking, low fees as a public community college, you will enjoy your hours on campus with us)....Now is a great time to learn something about real estate...and it is a fascinating subject... do please consider this your personal invitation to join us now at CSM! Hi! Just a quick update, we still have a very few spaces available for our Fall 2009 Real Estate Principles ... (as of this posting date). The Fall term begins August 19, 2009.... if somebody you know is intersted in learning something real about Real Estate (to buy, sell, or for a possible new career path), please let them know to sign up RIGHT NOW (The College has already announced that we will probably be unable to added additional sections to accomodate late applicants, due to the current state/district budgetary difficulties we've all heard about). To Register as a CSM student and then To Enroll in the specific desired class(es) (these are 2 steps)... can all be completed online at www.CollegeOfSanMateo.edu (for any required assistance in accomplishing this, the nice Registrar Office staff can be consulted on 650/574-6165). After these last few seats are filled up, the next RE class will not begin until 2010.
