I have done exhaustive research to answer this important query by Michael Stogner. My research has found the following:

The man who died was a male.

The vehicle was a car.

The District Attorney was not the driver.

Michael Thomas Zerbe was unable to rescue this dead man. No reports on his whereabouts during this accident.

The driver was not on overtime pay with the county.

Now Stogner we are all waiting for you to weave these events into another one of your bird-brained conspiracy laden hack-jobs for all to enjoy.

Ray,Roscoe,et al.

You are right on a couple of points, but not all.

"The driver was not on overtime pay with the county".

This is yet to be determined. Patience, is a virtue. Time will tell.

Does your "exhaustive research" reveal the identity of the driver who had a Blood Alcohol level three times over and above the legal limit.

Roscoe, Ray,

"The driver was not on overtime pay with the county."

Are you confirming the driver was an off duty County Employee?
