Why is there a giant interchange at the end of 380 by 280? There is all this roadway and bridgework, and it doesn't go anywhere and it's not used.

Also, why are there lanes on the 92/101 interchange that just dead end into the air and are not completed?

Darn it Jim I'm just a country doctor, but this has to be the work of the Klingon's. They must be building landing strips while masquerading them as future interchanges with even more and more highway extensions so that they can continue to infiltrate our fragile society, build more strip malls and make a fortune before leaving us in the dust and despair of a world where only airborn magnetically driven transportation survives. Our trusted combustion driven vehicles left in a pile under these terrible structures from the unknown will then be moved into the Bay to build an alien made reef in order to harvest their favorite food fish poop, which they suck up into their space ship through suspiciously long vacumm hoses.
While the Sierra Club continues to find more ways to put more people on a train.
