"Ayres Lawyer Plans to File Motion to Dismiss Search Warrant."
Gosh, was it only last week that Ayres' lawyer Doron Weinberg was saying that all those 40 victims misinterpreted the so-called "physicals" ( a euphemism if I've heard one) Ayres was giving those young boys ? I'd like to know why - if those were no big deal, why this week he is trying to get the search warrant invalidated.
There is a good story in the Examiner this weekend on this issue. It quotes a former prosecutor, Dean Johnson who says that the judge will make the decision based on the importance of the case... Since there are so many victims spanning over 40 years, I'd say this case was pretty important.
