Isn't this article missing something? Isn't the recent news that San Mateo's own Sheriff and Undersheriff can't distinguish between legitimate massage and prostitution relevant?

I wonder if San Mateo County Sheriff Munks visits any of the local "massage parlors" in the residential areas of San Mateo County?

We know Sheriff Munks and Bolanos do visit prostitution houses on their off time........4/21/07 confirms that.
Who would report them and risk their career......

The District Attorney supports the conduct.
The Board of Supervisors supports this conduct.
We all Know County Manager John Maltbie supports this conduct...1993
County Counsel Thomas Casey III supports this conduct.
It looks like everybody responsible for San Mateo County supports this conduct.
