We know the BOS is completely powerless over Greg Munks our new Sheriff.
Therefore recall is the only way to go with him.

They have complete authority over Carlos Bolanos a new hire.

I don't think Carlos Bolanos has the no comment option, with the BOS.

What is the BOS doing about removing Carlos Bolanos? lets find out.

We should not lose site of the situation they were detained at.
Human Smuggling of underaged girls from other countries.

They were with young girls.

Not adult women choosing to be prostitutes.

This is why they are not talking.

Who told you that?!? This statement couldn't possibly be wronger. The Board of Supervisors simply does not have hiring and firing authority over the Sheriff's employees. There are some cases from the late 1970s that make this abundantly clear.

The Sheriff. And the obvious answer to your next obvious question is "the voters."

I believe it goes like this:

The people elect a sheriff, then he or she hires the undersheriff, etc...
