I guess Steve Wagstaffe likes spending our money on needless matters! Doesn't he know or care how over crowed our prisons and jails are. And this is why needless arrest and Prosecution.

Steve is picking high profile cases.

Samuel Rasheed Case:

Jim Fox stated that the subject matter on the tapes were not official business, and were after the meeting was over.
Therefore no Brown Act violation........
That's right Jim usually MURDER is not on agenda of public meetings.

What is the likelyhood of finding a Crack-Head in EPA?

Also Jim Fox found no problem with the Official Tape being erased. It wasn't that important. Two public officials talking about hiring a crackhead to kill Rasheed.

Today
Joel Joseph Robinson pleaded no contest to a Felony charge of attempted commerical burglary and a misdemeanor charge of possessing a loaded, unlicensed firearm in public.

Robison was released on his own recognizance......

What a nice ending.

It got national attention because he was charged with attempted murder by Steve Wagstaffe not be because of the topic of abortion. Nobody caught him doing anything....He told his Dr. and his Dr. reported him.
