SAN CARLOS — Police arrested six teens Saturday, including San Mateo County Chief Elections Officer Warren Slocum's son, on suspicion of causing thousands of dollars worth of graffiti damage in San Carlos.
The graffiti vandalism included spray-painted "tags" such as "OXIN," FIEND," GRIND," BONSAI," "PALIN REAPER," SNEAL" and "SHRED," among others, in the industrial area of San Carlos, in San Carlos parks and at one known location in Belmont, according to police.
