This is a 23 year old adult male, having sex with a 15 year old female.

They have refused to post his picture, because they say the investigation is on going. All investigations are on going at time of arrest...Lets have the photo.

This child was a prior ward of San Mateo County Probation Department according to the article.

If allegations are true.....This is an adult predator.

Today 13 days after the arrest of a San Mateo County Probation Department Employee. Why did it take 13 days for the newspapers to get this story?

Under the leadership of our new Sheriff, Greg Munks, the Sheriff's Department has refused to issue the booking photo of the San Mateo County Employee who was arrested.

If they were interested in finding out if this man has harmed anymore children in our County, his photo would be helpful.

The SSF Police Department arrested him for felony count: Having sex with a minor, and misdemeanor count: contributing to the delinguency of a minor.

Why is he getting Special Treatment from the Sheriff's Department?

"His booking photo is not being released because the investigation is on going."

This is not an HONEST statement. Its a BOOKING PHOTO of course the investigation is ongoing, SO WHAT.

Lt Lisa Williams was ordered not to relaese that photo. Lets find out by who?

A Half Moon Bay police officer was placed on administrative leave last week after the Police Department alerted the District Attorney’s Office that he may have violated the law when investigating a recent child molestation case.
The officer, whose name remains anonymous because of personnel concerns, is being investigated for allegedly failing to detail certain information required of mandated reporters, said Chief Deputy District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe.

Wagstaffe expects the investigation to wrap up by next week.

Carlos was a San Mateo County Employee at the time of arrest.

Not so Good Job by Sheriff's Department and DA'S office.

Not one photo released to any newspaper.

Not one law enforcement official asking for the public's help in this case.

Not to long ago the Grand Jury recommended that the Juvie Court records and proceedings be more open to the public. County Manager John Maltbie choose to ignore the Grand Jury. John Maltbie is the same John Maltbie who was alledgedly arrested in 1993 in the Sheriff's Prostitution Sting Operation. and not prosecuted by James P. Fox..."That case never crossed my desk." to Jean Whitney reporter for PA Daily. That statement turns out to be a lie.
As we all know its OK to lie to reporters if you are the District Attorney of San Mateo County, after all you weren't sworn when you lied.

We need to have the PHOTO of Carlos Alberto Ordonez.....NOW

We need to protect our CHILDREN.

According to the Belmont Police Department report:0601-0500 dated 1/21/06

I was dispatched to the 1100 block of Alameda Avenue on a report of a hit and run accident that had just occurred involving two vehicles.

The Chevy has since left the scene and was traveling south on Alameda. Officer Hussey and Cpl McGuigan conducted an area check for the Chevy with negative results.

From the very begining this was a hit and run case. There is no other search actions reported by the Belmont Police Department regarding finding Mr. E. Smith. who lives in Belmont.

The next time he is mentioned in the report, On 1/13/06 Mr. E. Smith arrived at the Belmont Police Department and made a statement.

I am sure something happened during those six days, but there is nothing in the report.

Belmont Police Stated on page 4 of 4.
V1 caused this collision by being in violation of Vehicle Code Section 22350,
Unsafe speed for conditions. D1 is also in violation of Vehicle Code section 20001(A) felony hit and run.

That is what was sent to the District Attorney's Office,

DDA Sarah Boxer filed the single charge of misdemeanor. She was removed from the case.

This case is being reviewed by DDA Peter Lynch, The victim went to court and asked DDA Pat Flynn to not proceed until he has read the file and please review and charge as a felony per Belmont Police Report.

I have contacted the Belmont City Council and asked them to look into this matter.
Specifically:

(1) Why was Mr. Smith not arrested on 1/7/06?

(2) Why was Mr. Smith not arrested on 1/13/06 when he walked into the Police Department and made his statement?

In todays article we learn that the investigation is now complete.

and Carlos Ordonez had sex with a 17 year old child at the Margerat Kemp Girls Camp....also known as Hillcrest.

All done without the help of the public.

The article states more charges were added and his bail was increased to $50,000.00
