This Friday, members of City Councils from up and down the Peninsula will be voting on the next member of the Board of Directors of SamTrans. The choice is between Karyl Matsumoto, who worked for SamTrans for decades, and Mike Guingona, who missed 7 of the 11 meetings of the Board last year. The choice is clear, now let's get on our elected officials and get someone competent for a change.
