John Maltbie, County Manager and Clerk to the Board of Supervisors.

John Maltbie holds two very powerful positions in San Mateo County. He controls all the budgets and he controls what subjects get in front of the Board of Supervisors. I don't know if he receives a salary for the Clerk position, but I do know he earns over $215,000.00 as the County Manager.
I have reason to believe he does not even live in San Mateo County.
