This should make all of the residents of San Mateo County feel comfortable.
According to an article by Michelle Durand 1/3/07.
Robert Foucrault our elected official, (which translates to there is nothing you can do about his behavior.) has submitted his anti-harassment plan per the San Mateo County's Board of Supervisors request, which is perplexing because President of the BOS Jerry Hill clearly states

"The board has very little recourse against the office because it is filled by the electorate.

The board does not need to accept the plan and the matter is now in Maltbie’s hands entirely, said board President Jerry Hill.

If they don't need to accept the plan why did they ask for it?

This story is funny for a couple of reasons. San Mateo County has an elected official who allegedly took his pants down in front of his employees, at the San Mateo County workplace. He was asked by Jerry Hill to make a report and Now he is only to report to San Mateo County Manager John Maltbie who was allegedly arrested in 1993 at an Adult Book Store on El Camino in Redwood City, for trying to get a beautiful Sheriff Decoy named Trisha Sanchez into his car. The Sheriff and 5 Deputies were sure he John Maltbie had commited a crime. His friend another elected official and District Attorney James P. Fox
has given several different answers to reporters, but basically might have committed a crime by not prosecuting that case. No charges by FOX

Wilburt,

The short answer is NO.

The FBI, Attorney General come to mind.

I know for a fact that the Board of Supervisors were contacted by Hand Delivered letters (9/30/2005 & 10/26/2005) from two residents of San Mateo County, requesting they contact the FBI. The allegations were several San Mateo County Employees witholding key evidence, filing fasle police report (10/09/002) etc. in a Triple murder case.

The SMC Employees and Elected Officials named were:
James P. Fox, Steve Wagstaffe, Al Giannini, Don Horsley, Greg Clark, Gary Ramos, Joe farmer, Thomas Casey III, Carol L. Woodword, Coroner Robert Fourcault

There has been NO RESPONSE to either resident to this day. I can assume from that lack of response that no contact to the FBI was made by any one of the FIVE Board members.

I understand that the BOS has no OVERSIGHT over elected officials, but you can't tell me they don't have OVERSIGHT over our EMPLOYEES.

It seems the Board of Supervisors has an allegiance to a different and much smaller group of people. Not to the residents of San Mateo County.

(I Michael Stogner wrote and delivered the 9/30/2005 letter)

Sorry for the long answer.

I am glad that this woman filed a claim. Like she said maybe now they will pay attention. What I can't understand is that she asked for this bill requesting that the Coroner do not take organs without notification and now they changed the word tissues to parts and that coroner can not be held liable civil damages. That makes me think hum. What are they guilty of?

According to Selina Picon, It was Marriscolo who was insensitive to her when she called him regarding her son's heart. She was so upset that she wanted him fired.
Marriscolo must of gotten spooked because by threatening to file a claim against the county he is protecting his job.
It would be interesting to read Selina Picon's comment on this new development.

We know what San Mateo County Elected Officials think of the behavior of our cornorer.

Now we will find out what 12 jurors think.

I have a feeling it is going to be different.

Best of Luck to the Picon family.
