Man Ching Cheung was killed 10/03/06, 94 days ago, in San Mateo, California.

The driver has never been identified by Police or any newspaper and no follow-up story to my knowledge has been published.

Perhaps Mr. Lee owner of the San Mateo Daily Journal would like to send a reporter to the San Mateo Police Department to follow up on this story.

Lt. Tom Daughtry (650)-522-7740

He knows the name of the driver.

According to an un-named reporter, a 35 year old un-named woman was killed 10/04/06 in a crosswalk, by an un-named driver.also two other un-named victims were injured and sent to Stanford Hospital.

Jon Mays the editor of the San Mateo Daily Journal was kind enough to inform me that the reason for no follow-up stories on this subject, were it is not newsworthy...no crime was committed.

I had asked Jon, how would he know this since the San Mateo Police Department has never made a statement on Man Chin Cheung death.

I had also asked Jon if her body was ever released from our Cororner's Office.

Most recently it has become public knowledge the Robert Fourcault our Cororner has removed body parts without the knowledge or permission of family members and loved ones.

There is no OVERSIGHT in San Mateo County.

I am not suggesting a crime has been committed by anyone, I am stating that the San Mateo Police Department and local newspapers are protecting
the name of the Driver of this vehicle which killed Man Chin Cheung on 10/04/06 in San Mateo, California. If it was a accident it should be stated that the Driver XX. XXXX was found to have committed NO Crime.

This has not happened in this case.

At least this time the un-named 53 year old woman from San Bruno didn't kill anyone like the other un-named driver did..
1 person killed and injure 2 others.

Undoubtedly the driver was a friend or relative of one of our "GOOD OLE' BOYS"

My critics on this one say it is non of my business who the driver was.

I agree with you, why else would the name be protected, and no report forwarded to the District Attorneys Office for review.
