There is no help or defense, and don't bother hiring an attorney. The courts won't hear you anyway. If you are not a father yet, please reconsider and check the laws first. Fathers in this country are all destined to become instant criminals at the moment the child is conceived.

I was the custodial parent for 10 years, and the non-custodial parent (mother) was allowed to kidnap the child lie to police about custody, and reverse custody in court making me a criminal for attempting to retrieve the child I had full custodial rights over. Why? because I'm the father, and apparently fathers are not allowed to have custody, even after 10 years of being the full custodial parent.

The laws make the non-custodial parent behind on child support the moment the order is issued, by allowing the income to be calculated wrong with no corrections.

It has been my experience that the San Mateo County Courts are very fair to fathers. What county did you have your problems in? If you had custody, and the mother childnapped the kid, you'd have been able to prove you had custody. Or was there never a hearing actually granting you custody? And if you had full custody, you either did, or should have collected child support from the mother. If you didn't, she'd be in arrears, which would not necessarily excuse you from paying her child support if she now has legal custody.

If you didn't pay child support on time you break the legal agreement. How is your son taking this.

What do you care. It's not the fault of illegals that you are in the present situation. I say illegals and your situation have nothing to do with one another.
I have a suggestion for the illegals question. We make them all legal. Then they will all be in the system and will be held accountable.
