Niners coach Mike Nolan got his wish and wore a suit and tie on the sideline Sunday.
I don't think I've ever seen a suit worn more poorly or as uncomfortable as Nolan looked Sunday. My wife said just by looking at it she could tell that it was poorly made based on the seam on the back of his jacket (the wonders of HDTV).
He was constantly fiddling with the collars and at the shoulders. Once the game ended TV had a shot of him apparently trying to get that damn jacket off.
Also, was it just me or were those slacks approaching flood-like status? It looked like he was wearing white socks under his slacks.
It's obvious that the blame lies with Reebok, the official outfitter of the NFL. It took Reebok half the season to come up with that? They need to go back to drawing board or stick with athletic shoes.
