I was at a polling place to vote (my first time :D) when I overheard a conversation:
Worker 1: There's a problem with the electronic voting machine. It hasn't been correctly counting the votes this morning.
Worker 2: How many people have used it?
Worker 1: Probably about 30.
Worker 2: Oh well there's a procedure for that.
So now 30 votes have basically been thrown away. I chose to use paper because I am wary of this new voting tech.
