This type of silliness jam up our courts. Here we note the DA has assisted in this charade.
Here is what must be done: the DA either warned or removed from office. Once we have a known liar, we power down the system. It's not about 'full steam ahead,' it's about uncovering the truth. This fool of a DA has no sense: warn her, or kick her ass out.
The Soman lady must be charged with a false police report; also, we much be certain that this does not happen again causing the courts to wade through false police reports. We have no time for crap, and want the police to focus on gangs, traffic and other public crime. I suggest that she have a court order that she warn future/potential husbands that she's a mental, and that they are at risk for false incarceration.
Both the judge and the chief DA must be accountable for policing the system. They must make this kook DA that wants to press the case realize her mistake and make her pay for her foolishness. The police had to arrest the husband as they are making split second decisions and simply didn't know that the wife was a nut. The police did fine.
