One has to wonder if the San Mateo County Harbor Board has been set up to be a sacrificial lamb - even an election tool? The general public doesn't get a lot of news on the running of this board so it is the perfect vehicle to give Supervisor Hill something to say "look what I did..." when he runs for Assembly next year. I have to wonder how many Harbor Board meetings Supervisor Hill has attended in his three terms of office?
