Initial reports said <a href="http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/1290"TARGET=BLANK>T.O.</a> tried to commit suicide when he was rushed to the hospital Tuesday night with what was described as a drug overdose.
Wednesday afternoon, T.O. held a press conference to deny he tried to kill himself. (http://www.smdailyjournal.com/article_preview.php?type=sports&id=64821)
I believe him. I find it hard to believe that if a man attempted to commit suicide, he would have stayed in the hospital longer. I really doubt he would be holding a press conference.
I don't doubt T.O. has some serious demons. I just don't think he willingly tried to end it all.
