Mark Alan Della Maggiora

Mark Alan Della Maggiora, born Jan. 1, 1985, in San Francisco to Alan and Alison Della Maggiora, died unexpectedly March 5, 2017, at 32 years of age.

He grew up in San Bruno and San Carlos and resided in Oakland. He was the loving and protective brother to younger sister Tara Della Maggiora. He also leaves behind his maternal grandmother, Bettylee Moore of San Bruno and is survived by his four uncles Gene Della Maggiora, Leo Moore, Scott Moore (Jane) and David Moore (Veronica), and several cousins.

“Mark was well known and loved for his passion and creativeness which he exhibited through his music and art. His great sense of humor and compassion deeply touched many in his large community of friends and family and he will be greatly missed.”

Mark also had a love for animals especially his rescue cats. The family asks that you consider donations in Mark’s name to Nine Lives Foundation, 3016 Rolison Road, Redwood City, CA 94063.
