Mondays are the worst

Someone drove away with a wallet and phone on top of their vehicle on Bounty Drive and Foster City Boulevard in Foster City, it was reported at 4:45 p.m. Monday, Feb. 13.

Belmont

Parking violation. A vehicle was parked in a disabled spot with no placard on Alameda de las Pulgas before 4:57 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9.

Accident. A vehicle was rear-ended near El Camino Real and Harbor Boulevard before 12:32 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9.

Suspicious circumstances. A man appeared to be intoxicated near Hiller Street and Biddulph Way before 6:51 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8.

Suspicious circumstances. A man was hiding from passersby on Adelaide Way before 1:52 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8.

Foster City

Theft. A vehicle was stolen on Beach Park Boulevard before 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7.

Traffic hazard. A vehicle was stalled at a stop sign near Beach Park and Shell boulevards before 10:37 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7.

Traffic hazard. A falling tree hit a parked car and blocked traffic on Shell Boulevard before 6:37 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7.
