City government

• The Redwood City Council and Planning Commission are holding a joint study session to discuss housing issues and constraints. The public is invited to hear from a panel of housing experts and participate in a question and answer session to tackle the issues and discuss the Housing Element. The study session is 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 25 at City Hall, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City.
