Body found on Mussel Rock Beach
August 09, 2014, 05:00 AM

A body was found at a Daly City beach Friday afternoon, according to a Daly City police sergeant.

Police were dispatched to Mussel Rock Beach off of Skyline Boulevard around 12:15 p.m. after a report of a possible body on the shore, Daly City police Sgt. Harold Rolfes said.

Arriving officers found a deceased male at the beach, he said.

The San Mateo County Coroner’s Office had yet to identify the body as of Friday afternoon.

Police are investigating the case, according to Rolfes.
