April 11, 2014, 05:00 AM

A man was arrested after being found in possession of drugs while his car was searched for his involvement in a hit-and-run accident in Foster City Tuesday.

Ismael Curiel, a 29-year-old San Jose resident, was driving on a suspended license when he rear-ended a vehicle near Foster City Boulevard and Triton Drive before 1:20 p.m., according to Foster City police.
