Belmont: Second suspect arrested for residential burglary

Police arrested a second suspect for a week-old residential burglary, according to the Belmont Police Department.

Sandra Aparicio, a 33-year-old transient, was arrested Saturday around 3 p.m. for burglarizing a home on the 1100 block of Irwin Street on Feb. 28, according to police. Her arrest comes days after her cohort, Alvaro Alacon Jr., was charged with the same burglary, according to police. Aparicio was charged with burglary, possession of stolen property, identity theft and conspiracy, according to police.
