February 18, 2014, 05:00 AM

Three people were arrested during DUI Saturation Patrols in parts of San Mateo County on Saturday night, according to the Burlingame Police Department.

The patrol took place between 6 p.m. Saturday and 2 a.m. Sunday and was conducted by units from the San Mateo, Foster City and Burlingame police departments.

A total of 61 cars were stopped and screened while four drivers were given field sobriety tests, police said.

Joan Raoul, 34, of San Mateo and Luther Sacinas, 36, of Oakland were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, according to police.

Kevin Mullins, 40, of Willits, was arrested for possession of paraphernalia, according to police.

Four motorists were also cited for suspended license violations, police said.

The patrol was funded by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
