Red card

Officers responded to a complaint about two men playing soccer on the side of a business on Mangini Way in Burlingame before 6:55 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 26.

Belmont

Citizen assist. Mail theft was reported on Terrace Drive and Hillman Avenue before 10:17 a.m. Monday, Jan. 27.

Welfare check. An elderly man was reportedly walking repeatedly across the street against the light on the 100 block of Ralston Avenue before 11:14 a.m. Friday, Jan. 24.

Suspicious person. A person was reportedly harassing customers for a ride on Carlmont Drive before 7:40 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24.

Brandish weapon. Two males were reported waving an Airsoft pistol out of the window of a black Honda on Ralston Avenue and Alameda de las Pulgas before 2:31 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23.

Traffic violation. A red Honda was seen driving in the wrong direction entering northbound Highway 101 before 6:26 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23.

Animal call. A person reported a gray pit bull charged at him and jumped in his car on the 100 block of Ruth Avenue before 1:07 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22.

Foster City

Burglary. A person reported an attempted break-in of a storage unit on Beach Park Boulevard before 2:02 p.m. Sunday, Feb 2.

Burglary. A woman reported approximately $1,000 worth of camping equipment was missing from her garage on Moonsail Lane before 2:46 p.m. Sunday, Feb 2.

Burglary. A purse, laptop and backpack were stolen from a car on Beach Park Boulevard before 3:03 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1.

Suspicious circumstances. A woman reported a man following her from the Safeway parking lot to her place of employment on Polynesia Drive before 7:51 a.m. Friday, Jan. 31.

Grand theft. A silver and black bike valued at $2,700 was stolen from a restaurant on Foster City Boulevard before 9:46 p.m. Friday, Jan 31.
