Burlingame Library Foundation fundraising for renovations
February 05, 2014, 05:00 AM Daily Journal Staff Report

The Burlingame Library Foundation has begun a capital campaign to raise $1 million to match the city of Burlingame’s $2.5 million for renovation of the main library at 480 Primrose Road.

So far, approximately $400,000 has been raised. The renovation, scheduled to begin in April, will update and enhance the library, bringing a state-of-the-art technology center, conference rooms for public use, a teen room, group study rooms, a bookstore and café.
