SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO

Burglary. A backpack was taken through a smashed rear window of a silver Nissan Pathfinder at Bertolucci’s Restaurant on Cypress Avenue before 7:24 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7.

Grand theft. A man took a suitcase from another person claiming it was his at Hotel Focus on Mitchell Avenue before 11:26 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7.

Petty theft. Outdoor Christmas decorations were taken on Alta Mesa Drive before 1:35 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 5.

Burglary. Luggage was taken through a smashed window in the front lot of a Holiday Inn on South Airport Boulevard before 1:00 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 5.

SAN BRUNO

Petty theft. A black low-rider Electra bicycle was stolen from the side of a house on the 500 block of Linden Avenue before 10:32 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 2.

Vehicle burglary. The front passenger window was smashed on the 800 block of El Camino Real before 9:27 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 2.

Hit and run. The driver had their lights out before getting involved in a hit-and-run accident on Sneath Lane before 8:14 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 2.

Stolen vehicle. A gold, four-door 1995 Honda was stolen on the first block of Buena Vista Avenue before 5:44 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 2.

Vandalism. A window was broken on the 500 block of Hazel Avenue before 3:34 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 2.

REDWOOD CITY

Hit and run. A hit-and-run accident was reported on El Camino Real before 6:23 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3.

Shoplifting. An arrest was made for shoplifting on El Camino Real before 5:44 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3.

Tamper with vehicle. A person put water in the reporting person’s gas tank on Orchard Avenue before 4:48 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3.

Reckless drivers. A driver was reported texting and swearing at the intersection of Woodside Road and Central Avenue before 2:56 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3.
