November 16, 2013, 05:00 AM

A San Bruno man is in jail after being arrested by San Mateo police for allegedly stealing a package off a delivery truck in the North Shoreview neighborhood Wednesday morning.

At approximately 11 a.m., police responded to a call from a delivery driver who said he confronted a man who had burglarized his truck on the 1200 block of Dore Avenue.

The man, identified as Shane Milbourn, 36, of San Bruno, was located by Officer Marcelo Altwater on an adjacent street.

Milbourn was booked into San Mateo County Jail on charges of burglary, drug possession, drug influence, committing a felony while out on bail for another crime and a parole violation.
