Natural gas venting planned in San Bruno
October 16, 2013, 05:00 AM Daily Journal Staff Report

Pacific Gas and Electric announced it will be venting natural gas during the day today at the intersection of Estates and Glenview drives to permit crews to work on a pipe.

Customers in the area may briefly smell natural gas and hear the sound of it venting from a pipe as crews perform the work. PG&E emphasize it will quickly dissipate and is not harmful.

Anyone with questions about the work is asked to call (800) 743-5000.
